In these dangerous times when people so rarely think about entertainment, Aycora has funded several tournaments herself in an effort to bring back the pastime she loves so much.

Danika
Danika

They call her Danika the Unfortunate because the forces of the universe seem to be conspiring to make her life difficult. Although these misfortunes never happen to her directly, outrageous sequences of bad luck happen around her - which is why the superstitious stay far away.

Fynelda
Fynelda

Everyone loves Fynelda. As a leader, she has earned the loyalty and respect of her subordinates. As a person, she believes life is to be lived to the fullest. Hedegraus
Hedegraus

Iona
Iona

Neela
Neela

Petula
Petula

Rissa
Rissa

According to Rissa, the problem with people is they're lazy. They don't want to get up in the morning and work all day, so you have to give them a reason to do what they should be doing all along. That's why the world has nobles - to motivate the lazy ones to do their jobs.

Segwen
Segwen

Sharah
Sharah

Davius
Davius

Even though his father was of noble blood, some farmers had more gold to rub together. Davius knows what it's like to be poor. He didn't like it. Miserly, thrifty, cheap - call him what you will. Many don't realize that his efforts to save money only improves the economy in the long run.

Fafner
Fafner

Fafner is not a true genie, but a scholar who wished for a genie's immortality and was instantly changed. He remains among humans since he is not easily accepted among genies. Over the years, he has accumulated enough wealth to buy his way into high society.

Grum
Grum

Grum first earned his notoriety as a mine foreman who was willing to go anywhere for a new find. His miners dug deeper and faster than anyone because they respected their boss. After the Reckoning, Grum reluctantly accepted a position of honor as a lord since his people desperately needed good leaders.

Jubal
Jubal

Jubal's thunderous voice can be heard over the loudest battle or noisiest feast - two places where he's equally comfortable. Just about his only known weakness is his sense of hospitality. Jubal can't stand being accused of being crude or stingy, so he goes out of his way to prove the opposite.

Merrox
Merrox

Oaryn

Piquedram
Piquedram

Teddor
Teddor

Teddor is highly respected by his people because unlike many Lords he treats them as equals. He refuses to use his title. Teddor is still able to get his people to work and fight hard because no one wants to be the one to let him down. It would be like letting down your own father.

Ufretin
Ufretin

Ufretin was key in convincing the dwarves to leave the leadership of the haughty and chaotic elves and seek a more organized life. Now that he is getting on in years, Ufretin has taken up the role of spokesman for his people although he probably hasn't given up adventuring yet. There's a lot of gold to be found out there.

Verno
Verno

Verno is often found in a tavern chatting it up with the locals. He seems to be a friend to all, but this halfling is really just keeping his keen ears open for interesting business information. A good thing, too, since much of his wealth has been gained because he knew when to raise pigs, or stockpile sulfur, or buy shares in ore mines.

Tharj
Tharj

Over the past century, Tharj has taken part in most of the major battles that raged across the landscape of Antagorich, both as a mercenary and an officer in the armies of Erathia and AvLee. He is highly goal oriented, stiff, and stubborn.

Young by genie standards, Brissa set out for a life of adventure and fun with no particular skills. So, she learned along the way, usually from her mistakes, but even today her actions are often too impetuous.

Calyphona
Calyphona

Cyra
Cyra

Melody
Melody

In no way does Melody's cheerful name fit her manner. She's a serious, abrasive halfling who feels the need to organize everything around her - everything! But these organizational skills have made her a precise and powerful mage.

Minasli
Minasli

Minasli was the type of child who takes things apart to find out how they work. This curiosity carried over into her adulthood. For her, studying magic is a slow process because she is more interested in taking spells apart than learning new ones.

Redwara
Redwara

Redwara was orphaned in her youth and raised by an uncle in a university of magic in Bracada. It was only natural that she would study magic, even though she was a dwarf. Today, she retains the university's values of discipline and diligence, using them to guide her life.

Suzieque
Suzieque

Suzieque's happy-go-lucky nature is infectious to the point that she often inspires others to whistle a merry tune. However, she is a stickler for neatness to the point that even she will lose her temper when things are out of place.

Tina
Tina

Dwarven miners searching for tin chipped this halfling from a shell of solid stone where she had been imprisoned for centuries. No one knows how she got there, not even her, so the dwarves named her Tina. All that remains is to find out who she is and where she came from.

Urnaka and her husband used to run a forge, selling their work to the highest bidder. Sadly, her husband perished in the Reckoning. She hasn't stepped foot in a forge since, embarking instead on a new career as an mage.

Emilia
Emilia

Emilia had a simple upbringing as the only daughter of a glassblower employed by an alchemist. Today, she is an intelligent young woman with a strong sense of fairness.

Genevieve
Genevieve

Aenain
Aenain

Astral
Astral

Some say a mischievous creature lives inside Astral's turban, enhancing the old man's magical powers. Even Astral is unwilling to confirm or deny the rumor, but then some also say that this tricky elder probably started the rumor just to shake things up.

Brendemar
Brendemar

Brendemar was struck with an illness during childhood that left his lungs weak. He grew up smaller than most dwarves and without the endurance to become a warrior, but he still longed for adventure. So, he turned to magic instead and quickly achieved the excitement he craved.

Grindan
Grindan

Like many dwarves, Grindan began his adulthood as a miner. Unfortunately, he wasn't good at it. He tried several careers after that, failing at them all. Just when it looked like he would be a simple laborer all his life, he discovered a talent for magic.

Gurvilin
Gurvilin

Malcom
Malcom

Malcom's magical talent was discovered at an early age, so he never worked the mines or forges that are such a part of dwarven life. Instead, he practiced his magical skills each day to become the best mage he could, but sadly this has made him an outsider to his own people.

Mudgeon
Mudgeon

Mudgeon fights the inner desire to create mischief by exercising great control over his daily actions. Before he goes to bed each night, he plans every minute of the next day, and when something doesn't go as predicted, he gets quite upset at whoever is responsible - even if it is his own fault.

Olivaster
Olivaster

Qubar
Qubar

Raven
Raven

Solymr has seen the distant past and the destruction of an entire world, and he hopes to live long enough to witness the end of time as well.

Theodorus
Theodorus
